Meet Johanna & Michael Bueno

The wife & husband duo that runs Little Tykes Home Daycare.

Since 1990, we've been running our own home daycare in San Jose, CA. Together, we have 36 years of experience in early childhood education and care and as parents of five, we understand the importance of finding the right care for your child and dedicated to providing the best care possible. We have a strong passion for working with children and committed to helping them reach their full potential.

We create a warm and nurturing environment for the children in our care, encouraging their curiosity and creativity through play-based activities. Together we're dedicated to providing individualized attention and care to each child, tailoring activities and curriculum to their unique strengths, interests, and needs.

We're also firm believers in open communication and will keep you informed of your child's progress and development through regular parent-caregiver conferences and daily updates.

As a couple, we both share the same vision and values when it comes to the care of children. Together, we provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where your child can learn, grow, and thrive. You can trust that your child will be in safe and loving hands with us at Little Tykes Family Daycare.

We enjoy spending time outdoors with our family especially visiting the coast and fishing. Locally on weekends we enjoy gardening, reading, cooking/BBQs, traveling to Santa Cruz, teaching our grandkids how to play sports and relaxing in our backyard.
